Road closures are mandated by the BC Ministry of Transportation and directly affect the delivery of all freight throughout Western Canada. As a result, all situations listed below are very fluid and Van Kam will continue to monitor situations daily and advise of any changes to our service as they may arise. Various highways and roads throughout Alberta & BC are now subject to winter conditions and related closures that can happen at any time during the winter months into early spring. Please note that we will only post about extended (longer than 24/48hrs) government-imposed road closures that may affect our delivery schedule.
