If you are an existing customer and would like access to our Probill Tracking System, please click on the link below and quote your customer account number in the message. It takes 24 hours for us to process the request. We will send you a return email with your assigned User ID and password. If you have a specific User ID and password that you would like to use, please send that in the request, the User ID can be a mixture of numbers and letters upto 10 characters in total and the password follows the same rules. We cannot guarantee 100% that your requested User ID and password can be used, we reserve the right to make a judgement call and will let you know.
