In our effort to GO GREEN Van Kam Freightways Ltd. is offering an electronic PDF version of our statement, invoice and required documents for payment. We are also encouraging the use of our online track and trace system, where you are able to view shipment status, BOL's, POD's and any other documentation related to the shipment.

What we require from you, the customer, is an email to pdf@vankam.com stating the following items:

Customer Account Number

Statement Copies (if required)

Copy of Imaged BOL, Yes or No

Copy of Imaged POD, Yes or No

Copy of Additional Documentation, Yes or No

Email address to receive document

When registering for electronic invoicing, we will also set you up with an online track and trace login so you can view your shipment information.
